  • We need representation from across the ESCAPE partners - especially of newcomers to rucio. LSST, CTA, MAGIC please all join in (LOFAR confirmed)

We will present recent progress on SKAO data ingress functionality tests, using metadata. We will also discuss recent work enabling the use of ranged metadata within Rucio and next steps.

• Agnostic scenario: SKAO only one interested. Waiting for follow up.
• Deterministic vs non-deterministic: spread interest among partners. Waiting for feedback/benchmarking/tests.
• QoS: waiting for a comprehensive report on what has been concretely implemented since FDR. ESCAPE Rucio instance has not been touched since.
• DLaaS: proceeding quickly. The first prototype is to be tried out by the community soon. OIDC integrated. XCache is currently being integrated.
• External resources: proceeding with caveats. Please see the report from Frederic at the last ActivityOne gathering.
