Milestones and deliverables:
- M2.2 (M18 -> August): Progress report. Initial datalake pilot with at least 3 sites.
  - Task leaders please send input with a summary status of your activities before end of July
  - All partners: report on hiring status and FTE commitment in WP2 before end of July
- M2.3 (M22 -> November): Second WP2 workshop to analyse performance of the datalake pilot
  - Means of verification:Workshop summary report.
  - Workshop organisation. We have two volunteering sites. Propose to start preparations and plan for a face to face workshop with virtual capabilities.
    - Caveats:
      - Prepare for good percentage of people attending remotely
      - Things can change rapidly. Fallback of a virtual workshop ready until last minute.
Organisation and meetings during summer period :
- 15th July:
  - T2.2 Advancements on QoS experiments input and QoS further deployment plans (Paul)
  - T2.5 Update (Andrea)
- 29th July: T2.3 and T2.4 updates (Rosie kindly agreed to chair the meeting, thanks!)

- 26th August: T2.1 Datalake status and plans for the performance analysis
Prepare a short communication note for WP6 before August with the different data and activities we have at the moment in the datalake.
