EU Proposals
- MECHANICS proposal submitted today 17th of June
- INFRAEOSC03 proposal will be submitted tomorrow 18th of June (deadline)
EGO/VIRGO gravitational waves experiments about to start injecting data into the ESCAPE Datalake
Organisation and meetings during summer period :
- 1st July: (confirmed) PIC gamma-ray data injector update and Caching Activities
- 15th July: (proposal) T2.2 advancements on QoS definition and QoS deployment plans and T2.5 update
- 29th July: (proposal) T2.3 and T2.4 updates
- 12th August: (propose to cancel)
- 26th August: (proposal) T2.1 Datalake status and plans for the performance analysis
Milestones and deliverables:
- M2.2 (M18): Initial datalake pilot with at least 3 sites
  - Means of verification: Progress report, Active monitoring of the activity website.
- M2.3 (M22): Second WP2 workshop to analyse performance of the datalake pilot
  - Means of verification:Workshop summary report.
  - Workshop organisation. Propose to start preparations. We need to see how the covid situation evolves. Probably within EU all could be fine in November (?). Virtual workshop as back-up plan.
    - Are there volunteers to host the workshop? Please write to Rosie and myself.
Prepare a short communication note for WP6 before August with the different data and activities we have at the moment in the datalake.
