The location of the workshop is the Guest House at GANIL. Admission will be only authorized for registered people.

Coming by car

From PARIS, about 2:30 hrs of driving are necessary.

Take the highway “A13”, towards ROUEN and then CAEN.
In Caen, continue on the “Périphérique NORD” (North Ring Road), in the direction indicated by: “Caen Centre, Ouistreham, Car-ferry, CHU, CHR”
.
Take exit 5 “Côte de Nacre”, direction “Courseulles-Douvres la Délivrande – CHU”

From RENNES/CHERBOURG

When arriving in CAEN, follow “Périphérique NORD”, direction: “CHU – Car-ferry”
Take exit 5: “Côte de Nacre”, direction: 3 “Caen-Nord – Douvres la Délivrande”

Free highway

From LE HAVRE

Cross the Seine on the Normandie Bridge, then follow highway A13 to Caen
Continue on “Périphérique Nord” and take exit 5

Coming by train

From Paris

Trains to Caen leave from the Saint Lazare station.
Once in Caen train station, walk 564 mètres to “Quai de Juillet” (Caen) and take tramway T2 direction: “Campus 2” and get off at “Côte de Nacre” station.

Coming by plane

Arrival in Paris – Charles de Gaulle

Go to the Saint-Lazare train station, by taking firstly the RER B subway (to the Gare du Nord train station), followed by the RER E regional train.

Then follow the “By train from Paris” instructions (above) or “By car from Paris” instructions (above).

Arrival in Paris – Orly airport

Go to the Saint-Lazare train station, using the Orlyval automatic train, then take the RER B subway (to the Gare du Nord train station), followed by the RER E regional train.

Follow the “By train from Paris” instructions (above) or “By car from Paris” instructions (above).

Arrival in Caen – Carpiquet airport

Connections with Europe via Lyon, and with the rest of the World via Orly
Take a taxi at the airport or public transport (about one hour by bus): Bus 3 direction “Carpiquet” to “Eglise Saint-Jean station” and then Bus A direction “Campus 2” to “Côte de Nacre” station
