[SL, ML] are to provide proactive behaviour on instructions gathering, checking, classifying, and updating into documentation structure.
[OA, CO] are to provide active knowhow transfer
[SL] precise that the documentation could comprise best practice section, maintenance section. [SL] raises the question of tasks list and documentation. [HC] mentions that we have to start the documentation and tasks lists management is more general -- external ones is Savannah, internal ones used to be in the cic portal, needs to be reassessed.
[SL, ML] still share the daily maintenance indinstinctly

[ML] to put into documentation instructions on the BAZAAR release
[OA] to update documentation on failover, downtime
[OA] to organize meeting on downtime developement structure on May 15th
[OA] to organize meeting on Q/A on maintenance errors and send date by May 15th.
[CO] to organize know-how on dashboard -old/new- by May 31th
[ML] to send out draft of EELA report to be checked internally and sent out on May 15th
[CO] to send out minutes of EELA phone conf meeting on May 6th.
