Description

The GBAR (Gravitational Behaviour of Antihydrogen at Rest) experiment at CERN aims at measuring the free fall of ultra slow anti hydrogen atoms in the gravity field of the Earth. Such direct measurement will test theories of gravity. An overview of the experiment and its present status will be presented.
