Description

This year, the Geant4-DNA annual Collaboration Meeting will be hosted by the Centre de Recherche en Cancérologie de Toulouse, Paul Sabatier University in Toulouse, France. The meeting is open to Geant4-DNA collaboration members only.

The meeting will take place at the Faculté de Médecine Rangueil, 133 Route de Narbonne, 31400 Toulouse, France, see the map at this link. There is free car parking at this address. In addition, this place is close to the "Université Paul Sabatier" Metro B line stop (line B, direction: Ramonville, from Toulouse city center).

The meeting will take place in the "Theses" room which is located in the Administration building (noted as "A.D.M." on the map above, just between the "A. 1" and "R.U. 3" buildings).

Participants may stay in Toulouse city center hotels, close to metro subway stations (for example, hotels can be found on the AccorHotels web site).

We will propose you to join us for dinner and for lunch on July 8th (dinner) and 9th (lunch), respectively (at your own expense). Dinner will take place at the "Du plaisir à la toque" restaurant - see details at http://www.duplaisiralatoque.fr

Video/audio conference will be used for those who can not attend remotely (you will receive an email with instructions). As an alternative, in case of failure, we will use Skype (Skype contact: sebastien_incerti).

Participants are suggested to enable their Eduroam WiFi access on their own laptop.

Please kindly inform well in advance Marie-claude Bordage (marie-claude.bordage@inserm.fr) and S. Incerti (incerti@cenbg.in2p3.fr) about your participation and about the talk you wish to present (title, duration). Thank you.

We look forward to welcoming you in Toulouse !
