The Paris Centre for Cosmological Physics (PCCP) is organizing a two-day mini-workshop at APC, Paris May 23-24th, 2013 entitled "Cosmological signals and foregrounds in the radio sky."

Radio astronomy is in the process of being revolutionized by a series of new instruments several orders of magnitude more powerful than their predecessors, thanks to recent advances in technology. These new observatories will change the character of radio astronomy by enabling the exploration of new science areas previously considered impossible.
The aim of this workshop is to provide an overview about CMB spectral distortions and their potential observability, cosmology at radio frequencies, and the development of the field in the light of the new observatories serving as pathfinders for the SKA.
Scientific organization: Martin BUCHER Michel PIAT Andrea TARTARI Invited speakers ANSARI Réza (LAL, Orsay, FR) BURIGANA Carlo (INAF-IASF, Bologna IT) JONAS Justin (Rhodes University, South Africa) KHATRI Rishi (Max Planck Inst., Garching, DE) PRITCHARD Jonathan (Imperial College, London, UK) TORCHINSKY Steve (Observatoire de Paris, Nancay, France) ZANNONI Mario (UNIMIB, Milano, IT) ZARKA Philippe (Observatoire de Paris, Lesia, France)
