Guidelines to attend ASEPS through video-conference
You need to have the Java plateform running on your computer,
if not check here.
1) Connect to http://evo.caltech.edu/evoGate/
2) Register (if you do not have an account already)
3) "Start" --> the Java Application (Koala.jnlp) will be downloaded to your computer
4) Run the Java application (click on the java icon)
5) "Meeting" tab --> "search for meeting"
6) Put a check on "From all communities" option and on the "Filter Titles", select the date
7) Search for "ASEPS", ... click on search
8) click on the selected meeting (there is no password)
