Abstract submission

-- Extended Deadline : March the 2nd => March the 16th --

The call for abstract is now open. Participants willing to present an oral contribution should submit an abstract of maximum 400 words before March 2nd  March 16th 2018. This abstract should describe briefly the research. It should also mention which of the following topics the abstract is linked to:

  • Fuel cycle simulation tools and physics models
  • Benchmarking and Validation
  • Transition scenarios studies
  • Optimization algorithms
  • Uncertainties analysis
  • Interdisciplinary studies

The submission is done by mail. An email with the abstract in a attached file (a txt, pdf, doc or compatible file) should be sent to fuelcycle.workshop.2018@gmail.com before March 2nd 16th 2018.

Acceptance and precise format of oral contributions will be notified before April 20th 2018.

 

Preparing and Formatting an Abstract:

  • Abstracts can only be submitted as attachment to a mail sent to fuelcycle.workshop.2018@gmail.com
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English
  • No references, tables or graphics should be included in the abstract
  • When using abbreviations within the body of the abstract, please spell out the name in full at first mention and follow with the abbreviation in parenthesis.
  • It is the responsibility of the author to ensure abstract text does not contain any typos or grammatical errors. The workshop organizing committee will not be responsible for any errors published.
  • No changes can be made after the abstract deadline has passed. Any change before that can be made by sending a new version while explicitly stating that it is a corrected version and that a previous version of the abstract has already been received.
